DESCRIPTION:
This buffer is to be used with M1 DNA Polymerase (M3101), which is a Taq DNA Polymerase. It is supplied as a 10x concentrate and needs to be diluted 1:10 in the final reaction. It is provided either with or without MgCl2, and MgCl2 concentration can be optimized using the MgCl2 solution.
