Anti-mouse Fc Magnetic Microbeads

DESCRIPTION

The product is manufactured using a proven microbead and a purified anti-mouse Fc polyclonal antibody. This anti-mouse Fc magnetic bead product provides a faster and easier solution for your immunoprecipitation experiments than Sepharose or Agarose and is optimal for standard IP, as well as co-IP and ChIP.

Up to 40 pmols per mg of beads
10 mg microbeads per 1 mL of final product 

APPLICATION

Immunoprecipitation and small scale purification of mouse Fc-tagged proteins and antibodies 
Specificity: recognizes mouse Fc, cross reactivity with other Fc's is unknown.
