DESCRIPTION
P40 Feed B (1000X) is a high protein yield, liquid nutrient supplement. It is an animal-origin free partial feed formulation. When combined with P40 Feed AC (Cat # C4541) it provides high-yield protein production in HEK-293 cells.
RECOMMENDATION OF FEEDING
During a typical fed-batch protein production, a 3% (v/v) dose of P40 Feed AC is required on day 2 post transfection, paired with a 0.1% dose of P40 Feed B (v/v).
